I can’t thank you enough for your thoughtfulness and flexibility when doing the job. It was so important that you were able to carry out the installation after school had finished and the children had gone home. Despite the issues of the door closure mechanism getting in the way, you were brilliant and spent so much time designing a way to get around the problem even though it meant that you had to go away and buy materials and then come back again the following afternoon. The area was left clean and tidy and the only evidence of your visit was our very smart door curtain.
