The idea behind Modern Facilities

We, Gary and Kevin set-up Modern Facilities in 2015 when we realised there was a gap in the market for an independent service company in Dorset. We understand that not everyone wants to deal with the large service providers, and really, sometimes, all you need is a local company with heaps of knowledge and expertise.

We believe customer service is key, so you can be rest assured knowing we won’t leave a job until we’re 100% happy.

Offering bespoke solutions

We like to think no job is to big, or small, and working around problems is important to us, whilst also meeting any deadlines you may have as a business. Due to not being tied down to just use one manufacturer, it means we can come up with a solution that perfectly suits you and your needs, essentially ensuring that you don’t get ripped off!

Gary Whitcher

Before starting up Modern Facilities, I worked for Mitie, a facilities management company, for just over 13 years. I believe in offering amazing quality of service and really building a relationship with our clients.

Kevin Bradley

I’ve worked in the air-conditioning industry for over 30 years now, working for other companies gives me the knowledge behind what a customer expects and the service they want.
